It is not uncommon to look around and see many luxury homes and commercial buildings with a sand stucco exterior that appears to be a higher end finish, but does that mean the price tag correlates? The answer is no, sand stucco exteriors are actually really affordable and look great at the same time.

There are many different types of stucco finish available to choose from with the amount of designs swirled into the finish having the largest impact on price, but are those designs worth the extra price, we don’t believe so.
